Exchange and return policy

  • The customer has the right to exchange or return the product in the event of a defect or breakage. The product must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent. No exchange or return will be accepted after 7 days from the issuance of the invoice or receipt of the product.
  • The exchange and return period is within 15 days maximum.
  • The customer has no right to cancel the order after agreeing to the terms and conditions and issuing the invoice because the product was manufactured and produced under the name specified for him and according to his request.
  • There is no exchange or return if the product is used, and the customer bears the shipping cost.
  • Gift wrapping is non-refundable.
  • In case of purchase by credit card, the amount will be returned to your credit card or returned to your bank account in case of transfer.
  • In the event of non-receipt of the shipment or failure to respond and interact with the shipping company representative, the buyer shall bear the shipping and return costs.
  • To maintain public health, some products are not returnable.
  • Sizes are excluded from free exchange or return. Please make sure of your size before ordering or contact us for size inquiries.
  • The customer's correction of any error is acceptable if he reports it within 24 hours from the time of issuance of the invoice.
  • The customer has the right to cancel the order if the store delays delivery or implementation for a period exceeding (fifteen) days from the date of the order or the agreed date, except in circumstances of force majeure.
  • The store must inform the consumer of any expected delay or difficulties that have a material impact on the execution and delivery of the order on time.
