Installation Service Policy and Terms

In order to provide a clear and organized installation service, please review the following terms and conditions before requesting the installation service:


1. Scope of installation service availability

Installation service is currently only available within the city of Riyadh .

For orders outside Riyadh, the product is shipped to the customer with the installation supplies included with the product . The service does not include sending a technician for installation outside Riyadh.


2. Disclosure of wall type

Before the installation service is carried out, the customer must clearly inform the store of the type and material of the surface to be installed on , such as: marble, stone, porcelain, ceramic, concrete, gypsum, wood or others.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the store regarding the type of surface and the installation location.


3. Sensitive surfaces

Some types of surfaces, including marble, porcelain, ceramics, stone, glass, and surfaces with special cladding , may be more prone to cracking or breaking during drilling and installation work, and may require special tools or procedures.

Therefore, the customer must disclose in advance the presence of any surface of this type before the technician arrives.


4. Technical inspection

Before starting work, the technician has the right to inspect the installation site. If it turns out that the surface is unsuitable, or that the installation process may result in a clear danger to the wall, cladding, or product, the technician has the right to refuse or stop the installation process and inform the customer accordingly.


5. Determine the installation location

The customer is responsible for determining and approving the location, height, and final position of the product before the drilling or installation process begins.

Once the position is approved and implementation begins, the client assumes responsibility for any subsequent request to change the location or reinstall elsewhere.


6. Concealed extensions

The customer is responsible for informing the technician of any extensions or hidden elements that he knows exist behind the installation site, including electrical, water, pipe, communications, and other extensions .


7. Scope of installation service

The service includes installing the product at the agreed location using the appropriate installation method and supplies available for the product.

Unless otherwise agreed, the service does not include electrical, plumbing, restoration, wall treatment, cladding removal, repainting, or any additional construction work.


8. Damage related to the nature of the surface

Each installation site is handled according to its condition and the nature of the surface it is on. If there are pre-existing defects in the wall or cladding, or fragility, cracks, internal voids, or conditions not apparent to the technician during inspection, the store is not liable for damages resulting directly from those defects or conditions, unless the damage is due to a proven workmanship error during the installation process.


9. Customer approval

By requesting the installation service, the customer acknowledges that he has informed the store of the type of installation surface, that the information provided is correct, and that he has reviewed and agreed to the installation service policy and terms before the service is performed.


10. Report any observation

If there are any comments regarding the installation process, please contact the Bride Store directly, and the situation will be reviewed and assessed according to the details of the installation process and the nature of the site.
