Terms and conditions for benefiting from the Golden Guarantee Policy:
- The warranty covers purchases made through the Bride Store website only.
- The product must not have been exposed to chemicals that affected the product, or to misuse or deliberate sabotage.
- The customer has the right to request a replacement within 3 days from the time of receiving the order from the shipping company in the event of a problem with the received order.
- Upon receipt of returned products from the shipping company, the products are inspected within a maximum period of two business days and the customer is responded to with acceptance or rejection of the return request. The inspection includes verifying the condition of the products.
