Important note regarding installation:
Please inform the store of the type of wall before the installation appointment, such as: marble, stone, ceramic, gypsum, regular paint, or any other surface, in order to determine the appropriate installation method before arriving at the customer’s location.
Some surfaces, such as marble, natural stone, or ceramic, may be prone to breakage or cracking during drilling due to the nature of the material. Additionally, some walls may be fragile or unsuitable for installation, and may be affected during installation or unable to support the weight of the panel or nails.
Therefore, the store is not responsible for any damage, cracks, breakage, or weakness in installation resulting from the nature of the wall or its unsuitability, especially if the customer did not disclose the type or condition of the surface before the installation date.
The customer must also provide a suitable power source at the installation site for the use of the installation tools. If electricity is not available when the installation team arrives, the installation will not be carried out on the scheduled date and may be rescheduled depending on availability.
