The Bride Store offers a 12-month Golden Guarantee from the date of receiving the order, as confirmation of the quality of manufacturing, precision of execution, and materials used in our products.
What does the extended proficiency guarantee include?
- Any sudden or abnormal change in the product's color.
- Any change in shape occurs without an external force or direct intervention from the client.
- Defects resulting from manufacturing or materials used.
Warranty validity conditions
- The purchase must have been made through the Bride Store website.
- The change should occur without the product being exposed to any external factors.
- Adhere to the instructions for use and care of the product.
What is not covered by the warranty
- Exposure to chemicals, detergents, or perfumes.
- Exposure to high heat, humidity, or direct sunlight for extended periods (for gold or silver plated products only).
- Misuse, neglect, or deliberate sabotage.
- Scratches or fractures resulting from falls or strong friction.
- Any modification or tampering with the product after receipt.
How to benefit from the guarantee
- Contact the store and submit a warranty request, explaining the problem and attaching photos or an explanatory video.
- The situation was initially assessed by the store team.
- Return the product for inspection if it receives initial approval.
- The product will be inspected within a maximum of two working days from the date of receipt.
- Notifying the customer of the final decision.
